You can return your order within 14 days after you've received it
Please include the invoice, or include your email and order number to help us deal with your return quickly. Failing to do so will delay the exchange / refund process
Mention on your invoice / paper whether you want a exchange or refund
Full refund will be applied if shoes are in its original Brand New condition
Please don't damage the items
DO NOT put any return labels directly on the packaging, please use a packing bag
If we find the goods have been worn, washed, or tags removed, we will send the goods back to you, or apply a charge to your refund.
